Ryan Thompson, PE, LS is RCL Thompson's principal engineer and surveyor.   He has been in the engineering industry for over twenty years, and has gained immense experience designing and constructing roads, site plans, subdivisions, parking lots, septic systems, and drainage projects of all sizes.  Prior to forming RCL Thompson, he was the Director of Public Works for the City of Norwich Connecticut, for three and a half years.  He is a licensed engineer and surveyor in Connecticut.  He is a retired lieutenant colonel with 25 years of service in the Army National Guard and Army Reserve and is a combat veteran with deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Bosnia.
